The ESFP personality is known as the performer and the entertainer.

E stands for extroverted, S stands for sensing, F for feeling and P for perceiving.

E – Being extroverted means that you get your energy from being around others and you prefer to focus on the outer world.

S – Being sensing refers to how you take in information, you’re more interested in facts and details and you prefer to focus on the basic information.

F – Being feeling refers to how you make decisions, you prioritize people circumstances and the needs of others and you make decisions based on gut feelings.

P – Perceiving refers to how you approach the outside world, you prefer to keep options open and you enjoy flexibility and being spontaneous.

They have vivacious entertainers who charm and engage those around them. They’re spontaneous, energetic and fun-loving.

ESFPs are outgoing, friendly and accepting. They’re exuberant lovers of life, people and material comforts

ESFPs enjoy working with others to make things happen. They bring a common sense and a realistic approach to their work and make work fun. ESFPs are flexible and spontaneous. They adapt readily to new people and environments and they learn best by trying a new skill with other people.
